The 5th Annual Relay and Run for 21 - held each year just before World Down Syndrome Day - helps to raise money for the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis, DADS Community Outreach Fund and the Pujols Family Foundation. The 21 represents the third 21st chromosome, and 21 kilometers is the approximate distance for a half marathon.
Events include a 21K (half marathon), a 21K 3-person relay, 7K run and 2.1K walk. New for 2016, the course will feature three loops through the streets of Clayton and U-City, with the start, finish and relay exchanges all taking place on Forsyth Blvd at Shaw Park.
Race amenities include a race shirt, finisher medal and finish line food and more. For more, see our details page and course page.
Thank you everyone who came out for our 5th annual event!
